My love of Blip just got obsessive. The RSS feeds that Blip provide with enclosures, displays beautifully on Wikieducator - helping that particular MediaWiki to come alive. Note: MediaWikis will need to have the RSS extension included - speak to the administrator.
This screenrecording goes through the steps involved in embedding a series of videos from Blip into Wikieducator through RSS. Lovely!
NB. Here’s a link to the Archive.org version of the video where they have already generated an Ogg file version (Blip cross uploads to Archive for you).

If I go to that horticulture page do I need to install the proprietary flash plugin to watch those videos?

Thanks Chris,
Blip cross uploads to Archive.org. There you can get an ogg.

that doesnt really answer my question, you were talking about how beautifully it displays and makes the mediawiki come alive. I was just wondering how I can see this.

For me, on Ubuntu using firefox I can see it. If you make an ethical decision not to make it so, then you go to Archive to play the ogg.

If Archive can make an RSS feed with Ogg player enclosure.. would that fix it? Would it ensure that windows and mac users could play it still?

That would be great!
If bliptv gave you the option to use an open source plash player that would be nice too.
