This seems like pretty dangerous tinkering with the mind to me. I can’t believe how readily his friends went along with this.

Crazy! Mind you I did a similiar stunt in the UK. The show started with you playing a video game on a huge screen in a darkened room with flashing lights and loud music. You moved around the game in a similar way as you would do so on a computer. That was pretty freaky being part of video game but then after 15 mins or so the characters (actors) started to emerge from the smoke and started walking towards you! They either passed you information or pointed towards a clue. SPOOKY stuff. This happened a few times until you finished the game. Once finished lights came on and you left by a side door. About brilliant show! So the youtube video isnt that far off!
